How God Blesses the Work of Your Hands

I was thinking, how does God bless the work of our hands and I came by these three instances.

Giving to the less fortunate; This is a principle that I say works for everyone, God will bless the work of your hands if you remember those who are in need.  We are told He is no debtor, He will repay you and the best part of this blessing of giving to those less fortunate, is that the work of your hands will be blessed.
Dt 15:10, Pr 19:17

God Looks at our intentions of giving & not just on the act of giving. Giving with the wrong intention will not have any blessings attached to it. Giving with a pure heart and the intention to glorify God; then God will reward your giving. You need to check your heart when giving or doing any acts of kindness. Pr 16:2, 1 Sam 15:22

The feast of tabernacles; I found this feast very interesting it was for seven days when the people came together after the harvest and they were to keep it sacred and they were to rejoice, everyone in the village both Israelite and none Israelite.  Everyone was to keep this feast it included the strangers, the poor, the servants and every family that was there at that time. By doing so they got the blessing that the Lord would bless their produce and the work of their hands.  The reason for the blessing was so that they could rejoice in the Lord.  Amazing how setting aside seven days to celebrate God’s goodness and faithfulness translates in getting the blessing of the work of your hands.  Let us learn to celebrate the Lord’s goodness and faithfulness, it has it’s blessings.  The Lord God almighty wants you to rejoice in Him and He will bless the work of your hands. Dt 16:13-15

Obeying & keeping God’s commandments; There is a whole chapter telling the children of Israel on what they need to do in order to be blessed. The basic command is to obey the Lord God’s commandments. Jesus came to fulfil the law and not to do away with it. By obeying God not as a ritual but with a clean and pure heart with intentions to please God, then God will bless everything you put your hand to. Dt 28: 8-9

Another observation I’ve seen is that the blessings of God come in different shapes, sizes and ways. One can miss the blessings of God because they may have conditioned themselves to only a certain way of blessing, yet God blesses us in many different ways. So keep your eyes open for the blessings of God they are not your ordinary or usual or as expected. But they are sure to come in very interesting ways. Is 55:18, 1Tm 6:17-19

We have an amazing God who says; Give to the less fortunate, rejoice in the goodness and faithfulness of the Lord, obey & keep His commandments & the work of your hands will be blessed.
